We have been dealing with a hack of our mail server over the past couple days.
When we got into the issue, another major attack was launched on our servers. We are attempting to recover, but there may have been some data loss. Our tech support and host are working on this and we'll provide updates as we get them.
All the speed issues we've been suffering recently have been a result of this hack or the attempt at such.

I'm sure I speak for scores of other TT posters and readers in saying thanks to all the IT folks, TT staff as well as you Mark, who have taken the time and effort to restore the site this weekend.
